New leadership appointments

As part of the new IT organisation, CEO Rolf Eek-Johansen has appointed Malin Gustavi as Deputy CEO. The appointment reflects her expanded role, with responsibility for transformation, technology and development at group level.

At the same time, Stig Grafsrønningen has taken on a newly established Nordic position as Group IT and Technology Director. In this role, he will lead Kredinor’s IT operations across all Nordic markets, with a particular focus on digitalisation and artificial intelligence.

Strengthening innovation and digital transformation

The organisational changes and new leadership appointments are designed to strengthen Kredinor’s ability to drive innovation and accelerate the development and use of artificial intelligence, while positioning the company for efficient digital transformation. This is essential to meet future demands and ensure that Kredinor remains a leading industry player.

“I take on this role with humility and high expectations. It is inspiring to contribute to Kredinor’s continued development across the Nordics. I look forward to collaborating with Stig and our highly skilled IT teams, who lead this important work with strong expertise and commitment,” says Malin Gustavi.

“After one and a half years at Kredinor focusing on data and AI, I am now looking forward to stepping into the role as Group IT and Technology Director. My main focus will be to strengthen the interaction between technology and business across the group, build strong professional environments, and ensure that IT and forward-looking technology clearly support the company’s goals and continued development,” says Stig Grafsrønningen.
