Our employees
At Kredinor, sustainability starts with people. Our employees are our most important resource, and a safe, inclusive and developmental working environment is essential to how we succeed – both as an employer and as a contributor to society.
We work systematically to ensure good working conditions, equal opportunities and strong wellbeing, and we place great emphasis on competence, participation and openness.
A safe and inclusive working environment
Kredinor aims to be a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected and included. We actively work for a working environment characterised by:
- openness and trust
- diversity and equality
- collaboration and community
Through regular dialogue, clear guidelines and concrete measures, we follow up on both the physical and psychosocial working environment.
Competence, learning and development
High professional quality requires continuous learning. That is why we invest in courses, training and competence development for our employees. All our case handlers are to get authorisation according to the financial industry’s authorization schemes (FinAut). This contributes to:
- professional development and quality in our work
- confidence in one’s role
- the ability to meet new requirements and expectations
We aim to ensure that employees can develop – both professionally and personally – throughout their employment.
Employee surveys and participation
To ensure continuous improvement, Kredinor conducts regular and anonymous employee surveys. These give employees the opportunity to provide honest feedback on:
- wellbeing
- workload
- collaboration
- leadership and organisation
The results are actively used in follow-up and improvement work and contribute to real participation in the development of the workplace.
Whistleblowing and ethical safety
All employees should feel able to speak up if something does not seem right. Kredinor has therefore established a dedicated whistleblowing channel, where employees can report concerns – anonymously or by name. Anonymous reports are handled by an external, independent party, and our guidelines ensure that employees do not risk negative consequences for speaking up. This is an important part of our ethical foundation and culture of trust.
Equality and diversity (ARP)
Kredinor works systematically on equality and against discrimination through the annual Activity and Reporting Duty (ARP). This work includes, among other things, mapping:
- gender balance and pay conditions
- working conditions and development opportunities
- representation and inclusion
We pay particular attention to:
- gender diversity
- cultural diversity
- age
- language barriers
- work-life balance
The goal is equal opportunities for all employees, including women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels. If you would like to take a closer look at the reports, you can find them here.
Health, wellbeing and prevention
Good health and wellbeing are fundamental to a sustainable working life. Kredinor therefore offers:
- private health insurance for all employees
- a focus on mental health and prevention
- Kredinor GO arranging a wide variety of sport activities
Among other things, World Mental Health Day is marked with dedicated activities, information and available support. The aim is to contribute to greater awareness and a low threshold for seeking help.
Diversity and observances
Kredinor marks Pride and other important occasions as part of our work on diversity and inclusion. Such initiatives are intended to contribute to visibility, awareness and a working environment where employees can be fully themselves.
Our ambition
We believe that a safe, inclusive and developmental workplace is a prerequisite for all other sustainability work. That is why work relating to our employees is not a side project, but an integrated and fundamental part of how we run Kredinor – every day.
